The Situation
Outline Financial is a Toronto-based mortgage brokerage that is dedicated to finding the best rates for Canadians to achieve their dream homes. As a leader in the mortgage and insurance space for decades, the organization faced a new hurdle: As digital natives like millennials and Gen Zs enter the housing market, how can they convey their value to a cohort that firmly believes that homeownership is not possible? 

The Solution
Our social media strategy and implementation resulted in a follower growth rate 4.26x higher than industry average, an engagement rate that is 3.03x higher than industry average, and a click-thru rate that is 1.07x higher than industry average. Additionally, the launch of Instagram Reels content resulted in an engagement rate that is 5.35x higher than industry average!

This growth strategy reflects in the other social platforms, with a 833% increase in LinkedIn followers from when we joined the team, and a click-thru rate of 4.46%, double the industry average of 2%.
