The Situation
OTEC is a provincial non-profit with hundreds of active projects linked to government funding and partner organizations — while they had a defined and recognizable brand, they lacked the ability to amplify their message in the digital space.

The Solution
Our social media efforts succeeded in bringing more reach to the OTEC overarching brand and its industry partners. Thanks to these awareness efforts, OTEC exceeded their budgetary target compared to the previous year when the organization missed their funding target.

OTEC’s first-ever paid social media campaign with CareerAtlas was a resounding success for both OTEC and its partner organizations. We reached over 400,000 impressions Canada-wide and counting, with a click-thru rate that is 1.93x better than industry average, encouraging audiences to sign up for OTEC’s latest career tool. The best part? The NGPS program had a goal to hit 2,000 signups by September 2024, and we surpassed that goal 11 months early thanks to our strategic paid boosting!
